Warranty Policy
Coverage Period:
- All products sold by Faded Days are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during the warranty period under normal usage conditions.
What is Not Covered:
- Scratches on lenses.
- Damage resulting from accident, abuse, neglect, shock, dropping, improper use, or storage of the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Claim:
- Contact Faded Days customer service at Longman@Faded-Days.com to initiate a warranty claim.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
- Following claim approval, you will be instructed to send the defective product along with the proof of purchase to the address provided by our customer service.
Remedy:
- Should a defect arise and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Faded Days will either repair the product without charge or replace it with the same or a comparable product, at its discretion.
General Provisions:
- This warranty is given in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under local law.
- Faded Days may update this warranty policy at any time. The current version will always be available on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the most recent effective date.
