Faded Days Warranty Policy
We stand behind the products we make — and we want you to feel confident wearing them every day. That’s why all Faded Days sunglasses come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
- Scratches on lenses
- Damage caused by dropping, neglect, abuse, or improper use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- General wear and tear over time
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Just send us an email at Longman@Faded-Days.com and include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damage (if possible)
Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll give you return instructions. You’ll send the product to us and we’ll take care of the rest.
What Happens Next
If the issue falls under warranty, we’ll either:
- Repair the product at no charge
- Or replace it with the same or a similar model — at our discretion

This warranty is in addition to your rights under local consumer protection laws. We may update our warranty policy from time to time, and the latest version will always apply to new purchases made after the update.
