How Fast Will My Order Ship?
We ship fast — really fast. If you place your order before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, we’ll do everything we can to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will typically ship the next business day.
Prescription orders are custom-made and require 14 working days for production before shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. From there, it’s in the hands of the carrier — but we’ve outlined typical delivery times below based on your selected shipping method.
U.S. Shipping Options
- USPS First Class – $5.95 – 3 to 5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail – $12.95 – 2 to 3 business days
- UPS Ground – $17.95 – 1 to 5 business days (based on location)
- EXPRESS – $49.95 – 1 to 2 business days
- FREE Shipping – On orders of $50 or more.
International Shipping
Most countries are offered up to three speeds at checkout:
- Economy International – our lowest-cost option, typically 6 to 18 business days depending on destination
- UPS – a faster tracked service, typically 3 to 7 business days
- Express International – our fastest service, typically 1 to 5 business days

International Duties & Delivery
European Union: for orders shipped to the 27 EU countries, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and your order is sent duty paid.
United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and all other countries outside the EU: duties and import taxes are not included in your order total. Most countries charge import duties or taxes on incoming shipments, and any charges on delivery are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend checking your country's import policies if you are unsure.
All international orders are shipped via Global Post or UPS and include tracking. Once your package reaches its destination country, it may be handled by your local postal service or courier.
All international sales are final. We do not offer refunds on international orders.
