We’re not here to trap you into a purchase — we want you in a pair that actually fits. Every order comes with our 10-day try-on window: if your sunglasses don’t feel right, just let us know within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If You Need a Return or Exchange

Email us at Longman@Faded-Days.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We’ll reply personally to help — and if the fit’s not quite right, we’ll often suggest sizing up, sizing down, or trying a different style that might work better.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery
  • You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price minus a $4.95 shipping fee
  • No restocking fees and no surprise charges
  • All international orders are final — no refunds or exchanges
  • Custom prescription lenses are returnable but subject to a 25% restocking fee
