How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship every order within 24 hours on business days, and often, we're able to ship the same day the order is placed, especially if the order is placed before 1pm EST. We work hard to get your sunglasses to you as quickly as possible.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely! We'll email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Rest assured, we keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you offer returns?
Yes, if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your sunglasses within ten days of delivery for a refund, minus a $4.95 shipping fee. Custom-made prescription lenses have a 25% restocking fee. There are no other fees or hidden charges. For international sales, all sales are final. To start the return process, contact Longman@Faded-Days.com with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via the United States Postal Service, the USPS will then hand of your package to a local carrier. Please note that international orders may take up to six weeks to arrive (usually two), and additional duties and taxes may apply based on your country's import laws. Faded Days is not responsible for any laws, restrictions, or package loss after arrival in the destination country. All international sales are final.
