Great product, impeccable service!

I ordered 2 pairs for my bf - XL and L to find the better fit. The glasses are very nice - light, sturdy, good lenses. Perfect for everyday!
Now the XL pair turned out to be just way too big and the hands on the L were a bit too long. So I emailed customer support and Ben worked with me to figure out the best solution for us! Considering that was the holiday season and how fast I was receiving responses and how willing they were to help - that’s the magic of a small business when people care about what they do!
Ended up exchanging XL for L and had hands replaced on both pairs for shorted hands. Got the glasses back two days ago and they are perfect!

Love them but hope they last

This is like my 5th pair. Lost 3 pairs of xxl aviators because the screws fall out randomly. Then lost another pair to my dogs. Let’s pray I can keep these for a while.
