Due to the bespoke nature of our service, there are rare occasions when breakages may occur during the lens crafting process. Should this happen, the only impact would be a delay in delivery as we remake the lenses. However, these incidents are very uncommon, and you will always receive a perfect pair of big head spectacles. Because we make them just for you, our prescription eyewear is subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price should they be returned.
