Our custom-made prescription lenses typically take about two weeks to be crafted to your exact specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our service, there are rare occasions when breakages may occur during the lens crafting process. Should this happen, the only impact would be a delay in delivery as we remake the lenses. However, these incidents are very uncommon, and you will always receive a perfect pair of big head spectacles. Because we make them just for you, our prescription eyewear is subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price should they be returned.
